Recovery can feel slow...but then the momentum picks up and one day you wake up feeling energized and excited about the future again.

Over the last 2 and a half months, health has been my sole focus. I went from 10% capacity in January, to 40% capacity in February, and in the last two weeks am up to nearly 90%!!

Instead of focusing on getting my fitness and body composition back- I tended to my nervous system religiously.

The weight naturally fell off and I've begun creating life aligned with my joy and my purpose.

The identity shift that occurred along the way has been absolutely priceless.

Back in 2013, I felt like I was losing it - like my world was unraveling... But even in the chaos, there was a quiet part of me that knew something deeper was happening.

For a long time, it felt as though these painful things were happening to me. It felt as though I was fated to the same bitter illness of my lineage.

💀It wasn’t until I understood the unconscious mind that I was able to transform my behavior and stop attracting abusive men, “bad luck”, and poor health.

👁What I failed to realize was my part in creating those situations.

Once I understood the root- the functional biomechanics, depth psychology, and quantum physics- I was able to excavate my beliefs at that level.

..and then integrate that learning into wisdom - my whole world shifted.

I became radiant, saw clearly how I was perpetuating my circumstance, and gained unshakable resilience.

👀Fragility is a shadow that comes from an unregulated nervous system and unresolved trauma - trigger happy.

Everything was a trigger - other people's behavior, criticism (feedback), comments...

I’d become bothered and triggered by anyone who dared to disagree with me or acted in a way that seemed unconducive to their wellbeing..

While I was simultaneously acting in ways that were very unconducive to my own wellbeing…

😄This is the nature of the shadow unconscious - it works in extreme opposites.
